- Some soup bones
- 2 tbsp Instant broth
- 2 cups Soup greens
- 1 Cup Clam noodles
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Bun
- 1 Egg
- Wake flour
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring plenty of water with the soup meat and bones to a boil. When it is boiling that whole thing downshift so that it boils slowly, about an hour, then the boilers are removed and the soup greens cook for a few minutes, then the noodles are added and season to taste
- For the dumplings, soak the bread roll, squeeze it out well, clarify the egg, baking flour, the butter and add the parsley, the spices and mix everything well.
- Form dumplings and make 1 test dumpling, if it should fall apart, use baking flour under it.
- Let the dumplings steep in the soup and then serve.
