Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g beef steak(s), lean
  • 150 g spinach, frozen
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the frozen spinach in a saucepan and season. Combine all the ingredients for the barbecue sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for five minutes, adding a little water (if necessary). Sear the meat on both sides in a non-stick pan, without any fat, or grill. 281 kcal per serving.
