Ingredients

  • 2 Beef steaks á 300 g
  • 1 tablespoon Good olive oil
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 small Diced bacon
  • 200 g Fresh boletus mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preparation: Take the steaks out of the refrigerator in good time and "rub" a teaspoon of oil, then let them rest for a while until they have reached room temperature. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees using a suitable pan. Clean the porcini mushrooms and cut into small slices, finely dice the onion and bacon.
  • Preparation 2: heat the remaining oil in a pan - if bubbles immediately form on a wooden spoon held in it, the ideal temperature for frying has been reached. Fry the steaks in it for one to one and a half minutes on each side. Then immediately transfer to the oven dish and let it cook a little more until the cream mushrooms are ready.
  • Put the onion and bacon cubes in the steak pan, fry them briefly and add the mushrooms. Continue frying for a moment, turning, and now stir in the cream. Season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes, boil vigorously once and season with freshly chopped parsley. Serve the cream porcini mushrooms with the steaks ..... hhmmm !!
