Ingredients
salad
- 200 g Lamb's lettuce
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 200 g Pine nuts
- 100 g Raspberries
Dressing:
- 200 g Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the lamb's lettuce and spin dry. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat and set aside. Also let the pine nuts brown in a pan without fat.
- For the dressing, finely puree the raspberries with vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil. Strain the sauce through a sieve so that there are no more seeds in the dressing.
- Then you take the salad, put it on a plate, spread raspberries, bacon and pine nuts on it and finally you give the raspberry dressing over it.
