Lamb’s Lettuce with Fried Bacon and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
 

salad

  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 200 g Pine nuts
  • 100 g Raspberries

Dressing:

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lamb's lettuce and spin dry. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat and set aside. Also let the pine nuts brown in a pan without fat.
  • For the dressing, finely puree the raspberries with vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil. Strain the sauce through a sieve so that there are no more seeds in the dressing.
  • Then you take the salad, put it on a plate, spread raspberries, bacon and pine nuts on it and finally you give the raspberry dressing over it.
