Fried Potatoes with Seitan and Lamb’s Lettuce
The perfect fried potatoes with seitan and lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fried potatoes
- 100 g Seitan
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Fry the jacket potatoes from the day before, seasoned with pepper, salt, caraway seeds, seasoned seitan (see my recipe), like meat, roll in a water-flour mixture and fry in hot oil, wash the lamb’s lettuce and toss in a marinade with orange juice and walnut oil, with Garnish the mango
