  • 2 piece Clarified butter

Beef steak

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 size Beef steaks

Wild Garlic butter

  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 gr Butter

Instructions

fried potatoes

  • Cook the potatoes the day before. Then peel and slice when needed.
  • Let a pan get hot, add clarified butter. Then put the potato slices in the pan and fry them really big. Season to taste with caraway seeds and salt.
  • Peel the onions and cut into cubes. When the fried potatoes are almost ready, mix in the onion.

Beef steaks

  • Just slightly scratch the edge of the fat. Fry in a pan as you would like, bloody or well done. Season with salt in the pan.

Wild Garlic butter

  • I did it the day before.
  • Let the butter become really creamy in a food processor. Wash the wild garlic and add to the butter. Season with a little salt.
  • Place the butter on a cling film, form a roll, and freeze. Thaw and cut into slices on the day of use.
  • When everything is ready, arrange on a plate. Bon Appetit.
