Boiled Beef with Boiled Potatoes in Saffron Butter

The perfect boiled beef with boiled potatoes in saffron butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Beef soup meat
  • 10 St. Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 2 tbsp Saffron butter
  • 100 g Butter
  • Some flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp Cream of horseradish
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper White
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  1. I only have boiled beef when we cook beef soup. Then I take the meat from the soup, cut it into equal parts and put it in the oven.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain. Heat 2 tablespoons of saffron butter in a pan and toss the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with parsley, done.
  3. Heat the 100 g butter in a pan, add a little flour and sweat. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and reduce the sauce with the consistency as desired. Add the horseradish, season with the spices, done.
  4. Arrange and enjoy!
