Boiled Beef with Boiled Potatoes in Saffron Butter
The perfect boiled beef with boiled potatoes in saffron butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Beef soup meat
- 10 St. Potatoes
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 2 tbsp Saffron butter
- 100 g Butter
- Some flour
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp Cream of horseradish
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper White
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- I only have boiled beef when we cook beef soup. Then I take the meat from the soup, cut it into equal parts and put it in the oven.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain. Heat 2 tablespoons of saffron butter in a pan and toss the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with parsley, done.
- Heat the 100 g butter in a pan, add a little flour and sweat. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and reduce the sauce with the consistency as desired. Add the horseradish, season with the spices, done.
