Boiled Beef with Boiled Potatoes in Saffron Butter

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Beef soup meat
  • 10 Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 2 tbsp Saffron butter
  • 100 g Butter
  • Some flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp Cream of horseradish
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper White
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 splash Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • I only have boiled beef when we cook beef soup. Then I take the meat from the soup, cut it into equal parts and put it in the oven.
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain. Heat 2 tablespoons of saffron butter in a pan and toss the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with parsley, done.
  • Heat the 100 g butter in a pan, add a little flour and sweat. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and reduce the sauce with the consistency as desired. Add the horseradish, season with the spices, done.
  • Arrange and enjoy!
