easy and quick in the pressure cooker

Cut the meat into small pieces, no more than 3 cm in size. Chop the onion finely. Peel the carrots and cut into slices about 3 mm thick. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker until very hot. Add the onion and fry quickly on all sides. Add the carrots, tomatoes and spices, deglaze with the water and stir. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 30 minutes. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Tip: You can also prepare the rice in the pressure cooker, mix it well or serve it separately with the side dish. Alternatively, you can remove the meat from the pressure cooker and puree the remaining ingredients with a hand blender. Barley or polenta also go well with it.
