- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 bunch of green asparagus

- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- chili powder
- Chinese spice
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. In the meantime, cut the beef into strips, peel the lower third of the asparagus, trim the ends, and cut into pieces about 2-3 cm long. Finely chop the garlic. Brown the meat in a little olive oil in a pan (preferably with high sides), season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Chinese spice, then remove from the pan and set aside. If necessary, add a little more olive oil to the pan and sauté the asparagus pieces with a little salt for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and fry briefly. Now add the meat back to the pan and add the drained noodles to the pan. Season everything again with a little soy sauce and all the spices. You can adjust the spiciness to your taste by adjusting the amount of chili powder, or you can omit it.
