Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 Maultaschen
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and chop them finely along with the Maultaschen. Simmer the Maultaschen and asparagus in 500 ml of broth for about 10 minutes, then add them to the pan and fry. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the pan and fry it, then add the lemon juice and season. Tip: This also tastes delicious with Parmesan cheese.
