simple and quick, low carb,

Fresh beef fillet is easier to slice when well chilled. Therefore, the beef fillet can remain in the freezer while you prepare the other ingredients. Chop the gherkins, capers, and shallot into small pieces. Remove the stalks from the parsley and chop them as well. Crush the pistachios in a mortar and pestle and set half aside for garnish. Mix everything well with about 8 drops of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of high-quality olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Cut the beef fillet into small pieces with a knife (removing any tendons if necessary). Then mix it with the egg yolk into the cucumber and caper mixture and season with a little salt. Serve with the remaining pistachios and garden cress. Serve with the protein toast. The tartar has 350 kcal. The protein toast has about 15 g of carbohydrates per 100 g. The 1.5 slices of bread have about 150 kcal.
