Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g liver pate with green pepper
- 200 g quark
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g Edam cheese, grated
- 2 tsp steak pepper

Low-carb
Combine the quark, eggs, and cheese in a bowl, season with pepper, and then mix thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the mixture onto it, and spread it evenly. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the sheet and let it cool, then place it on cling film. Spread the pastry on top and roll it up like candy using the film. Refrigerate overnight.
