Beef with Mushrooms
The perfect beef with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 320 g Beef minute steaks
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 middle Onion cut into rings
- 2 tbsp Wok oil
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Can Drained mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mondamin
- 60 ml Water
- Szechuan pepper
- Chives
- cut the minute steaks into thin strips …… mix the fish sauce with the sugar
- Put the meat strips with the sauce in a freezer bag, seal and mix well ……. park the bag in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
- Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings ….. only use the white and light green parts
- Steam the onion and ginger in the wok oil until they are soft, then remove them from the wok
- Heat up the frying fat and fry the meat in portions
- add the onion-ginger mixture, the mushrooms and the spring onions and bring to the boil briefly
- Mix the moon amine with the water, pour it into the wok and let it thicken
- season with szechuan pepper
- Arrange with rice or mie noodles on plates and serve sprinkled with some chives
