Beef with Mushrooms

The perfect beef with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 320 g Beef minute steaks
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 middle Onion cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp Wok oil
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Can Drained mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mondamin
  • 60 ml Water
  • Szechuan pepper
  • Chives
  1. cut the minute steaks into thin strips …… mix the fish sauce with the sugar
  2. Put the meat strips with the sauce in a freezer bag, seal and mix well ……. park the bag in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  3. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings ….. only use the white and light green parts
  4. Steam the onion and ginger in the wok oil until they are soft, then remove them from the wok
  5. Heat up the frying fat and fry the meat in portions
  6. add the onion-ginger mixture, the mushrooms and the spring onions and bring to the boil briefly
  7. Mix the moon amine with the water, pour it into the wok and let it thicken
  8. season with szechuan pepper
  9. Arrange with rice or mie noodles on plates and serve sprinkled with some chives
