Deseed the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and also cut into thin strips. Peel the ginger and finely grate or chop very finely. Briefly sauté the ginger and red chili paste in a tablespoon of oil in the wok. Then add the onions and bell peppers and fry briefly. Deglaze with the stock and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and simmer briefly. Add the meat and noodles to the wok and mix, season with the oyster sauce and serve immediately.
