Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g ladyfingers
- 300 ml milk
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 g cream
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 50 g dark chocolate, grated
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Line a bowl with cling film and dip the sponge fingers into the milk. Place 2/3 of the sponge fingers in the bowl, tightly packed. Using a hand mixer, whip the mascarpone with the cream, powdered sugar, and cream stiffener until stiff. Fold in the dark chocolate shavings and raspberries. Spread this fruit mixture over the sponge fingers and smooth the surface. Cover with the remaining sponge fingers. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours, then turn out onto a cake plate and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
