Pull-apart bread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 190 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 package of herb butter (refrigerated section), approx. 125 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

decorative bread with herb butter

Place the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough. Cover and let rise for 20 to 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and spread with the herb butter. Cut the dough into many small rectangles, each about 4 cm x 8 cm (I do this with a pizza cutter). Take three of these rectangles and place them upright in a circle in the center of a springform pan to form a tight triangle. Place the other rectangles around them (sounds super complicated, but it’s really quick to do). Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 30 minutes. When the bread is baked, it will look like a rose petal and you can simply tear some out.
