Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 1 handful of flax seeds, sesame, sunflower seeds
  • 500 ml beer (Hefeweizen, light)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything in a mixing bowl, stir, and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
