Beer Chicken
The perfect beer chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 200 ml Creme fine
- 200 ml Wheat beer
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Sugar
- 300 g Mushrooms brown
- 200 g Feta
- ON THE NEXT DAY. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in a little hot oil.
- Stir in the tomato paste, pour in the cream and the beer and let it simmer a little.
- Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar, remove from heat and let cool down.
- Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, pat dry and cut into large cubes
- Put the meat in a can, pour the beer stock over it and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and place in a greased casserole dish, spread the cleaned, sliced mushrooms over it.
- 4 Tablespoons of marinade over the top and sprinkle with the diced feta.
- Now put it in the 200c. (Top and bottom heat) warm oven for 50 minutes
