Chilli Beer Chicken

Chilli beer chicken

  • 4 Pc. Half chickens
  • 3 Bottles Beer
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Pepper salt
  • Sweet paprika, chilli powder, ground ginger

  • 1,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 2 Pc. Zucchini
  • Cooked rice
  • Onion, garlic
  • Some oil
  • Salt, pepper, savory
  • Ground caraway

Chilli beer chicken

  1. Wash the halves of the chickens well and drain them, then place them in a large bowl. Peel and roughly cut the onion and garlic. Add the onion, garlic and all the spices to the chickens and mix well. Top up with beer until the half chickens are completely covered. Let it steep for at least 24 hours. The next day, the half chickens are grilled directly for 20 minutes and covered indirectly for 1 hour.
