Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ¼ liters of light beer
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 bag(s) of gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Pour the beer and rosemary sprigs into a large pot. Bring to a boil once, then let cool completely. Remove the rosemary sprigs. Add the gelling sugar and cook the jelly according to the package instructions. Immediately pour the jelly into hot, rinsed twist-off jars, seal, and turn upside down to cool. If you like your jelly very sweet, use a 2:1 gelling sugar ratio and adjust the beer quantity accordingly.
