Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g peach(s)
- 250 g gelling sugar 1:2
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tonka bean(s), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Sauté the peaches, lemon juice, and grated tonka bean until soft. Then add the gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes. Test the setting and pour into sterile jars. It’s quick and easy to make, but the result is delicious!
