Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 ml raspberry juice, made from juiced raspberries
- 200 ml sparkling wine, semi-dry
- 100 ml rose syrup
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, cook according to package instructions and fill into prepared, sterilized jars.
