Raspberry rose jelly with sparkling wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 ml raspberry juice, made from juiced raspberries
  • 200 ml sparkling wine, semi-dry
  • 100 ml rose syrup
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, cook according to package instructions and fill into prepared, sterilized jars.
