Beer marinade for pickling steaks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 250 ml beer, dark
  • 2 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Enough for 4 pork chops or steaks.

Mix the beer with the grated horseradish and mustard. Add the diced onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then place it on the grill and grill for about 7 minutes on each side.
