Beer – Mustard – Marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp beer (light or pilsner)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 sprigs of parsley, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • ½ tsp pepper, white and black
  • 1 pinch(s) of paprika powder, hot
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for turkey or lean pork

Combine the mustard, beer, and oil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the meat marinate for at least 2 hours. While grilling, dab the meat pieces with the marinade (using a brush) periodically to ensure they crisp up nicely.
