Beer Pancakes
The perfect beer pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Basic recipe
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 teaspoon Sugar
- 5 tablespoon Flour
- 250 ml Beer Hell
Topping
- 8 Discs Leberkäse thinly sliced
- 8 Teaspoon (level) Medium hot mustard or hot
- Whisk eggs, salt, sugar, flour and beer together until you get a pancake batter without lumps. Fry this as usual in the pan with a little butter until the desired degree of browning on both sides. Then brush with a little mustard and top with one or two slices of meat loaf, roll up and enjoy.
