Apple Pancakes with Beer!

- 300 g Flour
- 2 pinch Salt
- 4 Free range eggs
- 0,33 liter Beer Hell
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 4 Apples
- Oil for frying in the pan
- Wash, peel, core, quarter and cut apples into very thin slices.
- Put the flour, salt, eggs, beer and oil in a bowl and stir vigorously with the whisk.
- Add apple slices, fold in! Add sugar and fold in!
- Heat the oil in a pan and always fry one pancake at a time! Place the pancake on a plate lined with Zewa so that the fat is soaked up a little!
- Put a bowl of cinnamon sugar on the table!
- Homemade potato soup goes well with the pancakes!
