Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g beetroot, cooked
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp horseradish from the jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the beetroot into pieces. Puree it with the cream cheese. Season with horseradish. Goes great with homemade spelt bread.
