Beetroot and Nectarine Salad with Cheese
The perfect beetroot and nectarine salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Boiled beetroot tubers
- 1,5 Fresh nectarine
- 50 g Cheese (any)
- 1 Handful Arugula
- Onion rings red
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Hot peppers
- 2 tablespoon Beetroot juice
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Sugar brown raw sugar
- Cut the beetroot and nectarines into slices and dice a small portion. Dice the cheese.
- Place the slices of beetroot and nectarines on the edge of a plate. Place the rocket, cheese, diced beetroot and diced nectarine in the center of the plate. Pour the onion rings over the salad. Season with a pinch of sugar and some colored pepper from the mill.
- Chop the hot peppers and garlic. Whisk with the olive oil, orange juice and beetroot juice. Season with sugar and salt and pour over the salad.
