Beetroot and Nectarine Salad with Cheese

The perfect beetroot and nectarine salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Boiled beetroot tubers
  • 1,5 Fresh nectarine
  • 50 g Cheese (any)
  • 1 Handful Arugula
  • Onion rings red
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 piece Hot peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Beetroot juice
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Sugar brown raw sugar
  1. Cut the beetroot and nectarines into slices and dice a small portion. Dice the cheese.
  2. Place the slices of beetroot and nectarines on the edge of a plate. Place the rocket, cheese, diced beetroot and diced nectarine in the center of the plate. Pour the onion rings over the salad. Season with a pinch of sugar and some colored pepper from the mill.
  3. Chop the hot peppers and garlic. Whisk with the olive oil, orange juice and beetroot juice. Season with sugar and salt and pour over the salad.
