Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Quark semi-fat

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and carrots with the peeler and grate coarsely. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls.
  • Mix the potatoes, carrots, egg, half of the chives and all the spices well.
  • Heat a little butter in a pan and fry small hash browns on each side for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Set warm.
  • Mix the quark with the remaining chives, cut into rolls. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the vegetable rosti.
