Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 500 g Carrots
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Quark semi-fat
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and carrots with the peeler and grate coarsely. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls.
- Mix the potatoes, carrots, egg, half of the chives and all the spices well.
- Heat a little butter in a pan and fry small hash browns on each side for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Set warm.
- Mix the quark with the remaining chives, cut into rolls. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the vegetable rosti.
