Beetroot Salad with Sheep Cheese

- 500 g Boiled beetroot
- 2 Apples
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Pear
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 300 g Feta
- Cut the cooked beetroot into small pieces. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Peel the orange and pear and cut into pieces. Make a vinaigrette from lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and pour over the chopped ingredients. Cut the feta into cubes and spread on top.
