Beetroot Salad with Sheep Cheese

The perfect beetroot salad with sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Boiled beetroot
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 300 g Feta
  1. Cut the cooked beetroot into small pieces. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Peel the orange and pear and cut into pieces. Make a vinaigrette from lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and pour over the chopped ingredients. Cut the feta into cubes and spread on top.
