Beetroot and potato mash

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g beetroot
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the beetroot (careful! It’s very colorful, so wear gloves if necessary) and chop it. Steam it in water. After 15 minutes, add the chopped potatoes and continue cooking. Then puree everything. Stir the oil into the puree. The puree is rich in iron and sweet.
