Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil, germ oil (e.g. sunflower, soy or corn germ oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The first complementary food from the 5th/6th month

Brush and wash the carrots and potatoes thoroughly. Chop the carrots and steam or simmer in a little water. Boil the potatoes with the skin on. Then peel and puree with the carrots. Stir the fat into the puree.
