Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g beetroot
- 1 apple
- 30 g walnut kernels, approx. 1 handful
- 125 g feta cheese
- 50 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper, from the mill, approx. 25 turns
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the beets and apple (with skin on, without core), chop the walnuts into medium-sized pieces, not too finely. Cut the feta into small cubes and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing, pour over the salad, and toss to combine. Tip: This salad tastes great with garlic baguette.
