Beetroot Carpaccio with Feta Cheese Cubes
The perfect beetroot carpaccio with feta cheese cubes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 boiled Beetroot thin slices
- 200 g Feta cheese, diced into small pieces
- 1 small Chopped onion
- Some olive oil
- Salt & pepper from the mill
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Put the sliced cheese in a bowl, add the sliced onion and season with salt & pepper and round off the whole thing with a little olive oil.
- Cut the beetroot very thinly and arrange on a platter.
- Place the cheese cubes on the beetroot and finish off with a sprinkling of lemon.
- Either eat it just like that or as a side dish, e.g. with fried potatoes or something else. Is very suitable as a small starter.
