Beetroot salad with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beetroot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Either buy ready-made beetroot or cook the beetroot, peel it, and cut it into bite-sized slices. Place it in a salad bowl, season with salt, pepper, and vinegar and olive oil. Peel and finely chop the two garlic cloves, and mix them into the salad.
