Today we’re sharing another great spread for bread, because dinner doesn’t always have to be a big meal. Especially if you’ve had a late shift or simply come home late, this recipe is perfect. For this reason, today we’re sharing a spread that combines delicious beetroot with spicy feta. Sunflower seeds are added for an exciting mouthfeel. This spread goes best with good country bread or a baguette, as the lovely crispy crust contrasts with the soft beetroot and sunflower seed spread. Preparation: 1. Roughly dice the onion and sauté in a little oil in a hot pan. 2. Cut the beetroot into pieces and place in a tall container. Add the feta and sunflower seeds, honey, olive oil, and lime juice, along with the sautéed onions, then puree everything. 3. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in a little more lime juice if desired. Have fun trying it! Alex from Natürlich Lecker
