Green smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 handful of spinach

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Everyone knows about smoothies by now, but what about a green one? Green smoothies are all the rage, and there’s something for everyone these days, even for vegetable haters. This recipe is perfect for beginners because, firstly, it gives them a wonderful green color and, secondly, the spinach isn’t so noticeable. Spinach has a slightly earthy flavor, but this is overpowered by the pineapple. First, clean the pineapple, cut out the stem, and blend the flesh with the orange juice. Now peel the bananas and kiwis, add them, and blend. If you have young spinach, simply wash it, add it, and blend it thoroughly. If you have large spinach leaves, remove the stems and add only the leaves to the blender. Have fun making it! Naturally Delicious
