Beiridschnitte Grilled Pita Bread Baked with Sheep Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Beirid cuts of beef) approx. 1 1/2 cm thick
  • 2 Pita breed
  • Olive oil, sheep cheese, onion, garlic, paprika, basil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Brush pita bread with a little olive oil and top with finely chopped onion, garlic, paprika, basil and sheep cheese.
  • Turn on the baking oven to 180 degrees of convection and put the pita bread in the oven. Takes about: 20 minutes, depending on the color of the sheep cheese
  • Rinse the meat a little and pat dry with kitchen paper and put it on the grill. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Arrange and serve the bread. Season the meat at the table with salt and pepper from the mill. Enjoy your meal.
