Herbal Bread with Sheep Cheese

  • 180 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Crumbled feta
  • 100 g Grated Gruyère
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, top and bottom heat. Line the loaf pan 30 by 11 cm with baking paper. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt
  1. Beat the eggs with the oils and milk until frothy, mix in the flour-baking powder, cheese and herbs. Fill the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Take out the bread and let it cool down.
