Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 70 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 400 ml milk
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the flour and baking powder, separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix everything except the egg whites together, then fold in the egg whites. Bake the batter in batches in a waffle iron. We serve it with homemade blueberry cheesecake ice cream made in the Thermomix.
