Bell Pepper and Mango Salad

The perfect bell pepper and mango salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 tbsp Salad oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Water
  1. Dice the paprika.
  2. Dice the mango.
  3. Catch the resulting juice of the mango and collect the smallest pieces of mango in a bowl.
  4. Add the water to the mango and stir until frothy with a whisk.
  5. Add the oil & balsamic vinegar and season with the vegetable stock and pepper.
  6. Fold the sauce into the peppers and let rest for a moment.
