Ingredients
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Mango
- 4 tbsp Salad oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0,5 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Dice the paprika.
- Dice the mango.
- Catch the resulting juice of the mango and collect the smallest pieces of mango in a bowl.
- Add the water to the mango and stir until frothy with a whisk.
- Add the oil & balsamic vinegar and season with the vegetable stock and pepper.
- Fold the sauce into the peppers and let rest for a moment.
