Ingredients
 

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 tbsp Salad oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Dice the paprika.
  • Dice the mango.
  • Catch the resulting juice of the mango and collect the smallest pieces of mango in a bowl.
  • Add the water to the mango and stir until frothy with a whisk.
  • Add the oil & balsamic vinegar and season with the vegetable stock and pepper.
  • Fold the sauce into the peppers and let rest for a moment.
