Colorful Salad with Bell Pepper and Cucumber

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 3 Vine tomatoes
  • 150 g Feta
  • Marjoram fresh
  • Fresh thyme
  • Smoky pepper
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds from the peppers, quarter and cut into strips. Also cut the cucumber into strips. Put everything in a bowl and season with sugar, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper. Let it steep for 20 minutes. Then add the chopped herbs.
  • Quarter the tomatoes, cut off the stems and dice. Also dice the feta cheese and add to the salad with the tomatoes and fold in. Let it steep for another 10 minutes and then add the olive oil.
  • We had grilled chicken breast fillet with it. Fast and easy.
