Bell Pepper Chicken

The perfect bell pepper chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Chicken fillet
  • 1 Glass Letscho from my KB
  • Some olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Each thyme, marjoram, rosemary oregano
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in the olive oil. Mix the herbs with the ginger and add to the chicken.
  2. When it is well seared, add the Letscho and let it get hot!
  3. Go with pasta or rice
