Bell Pepper Pot with Whole Wheat Pasta

The perfect bell pepper pot with whole wheat pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Peppers yellow
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Green peppers
  • 1 piece Onion, cut into pieces
  • 50 g Leek
  • 10 Pc. Cauliflower florets
  • 2 piece Ham sausage, sliced
  • 6 piece Meatballs, see m. KB.
  • 150 g Whole wheat pasta, spirals
  • 1000 ml Broth or bouillon, see m. KB
  • 1 piece Flakes of butter
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Rosemary needles
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley

Pepper pot:

  1. The meatballs and the bouillon can already be prepared (from the day before). Wash, clean and chop the vegetables. Cut the ham sausages into slices and put everything together with the stock in the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes. Then slowly add the pasta and stir briefly, let it steep for another 6-8 minutes (note the package instructions), then the pasta is still firm to the bite. Finally, add the spices to taste.

Use:

  1. Chop up the parsley and add to each serving of the plate, serve immediately while hot.
