Bell Pepper Quiche
The perfect bell pepper quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough:
- 300 g Sifted flour
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
Covering:
- 3 Colorful peppers, cut into strips
- 2 Solo garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Rubbed thyme
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 400 g Crumbled feta
Molding:
- 200 g Quark
- 4 Eggs
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Dough:
- Knead the dough ingredients in a bowl with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator.
Covering:
- Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the chopped garlic in it. Add the paprika cut into strips and cook for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the stove, add the thyme, season with salt and pepper and mix in the crumbled feta.
Now you can continue with the dough
- Brush a tart pan with olive oil and roll out the dough to the right size on a floured work surface, or press the dough on with your hand.
- Spread the pepper and feta mixture on the dough.
Molding:
- Whisk the quark, eggs and nutmeg and spread over the vegetables.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 ° C top and bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes
