Ingredients
- 6 Red pepper
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove Chopped garlic
- 100 ml Water
- 1,5 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean the peppers, cut into small pieces and fry in olive oil.
- Add the garlic and fry briefly.
- Add water and fry. Add vinegar and spices. Serve in a bowl
- White bread is served with it.
- Well I like it crispy without the water.
