Ingredients
 

  • 6 Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Chopped garlic
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1,5 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean the peppers, cut into small pieces and fry in olive oil.
  • Add the garlic and fry briefly.
  • Add water and fry. Add vinegar and spices. Serve in a bowl
  • White bread is served with it.
  • Well I like it crispy without the water.
