Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mediterranean bell peppers
Dice the onion and fry in olive oil. Deseed and chop the bell peppers, and fry briefly. Add the balsamic vinegar and acacia honey and simmer for a while. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
