Asian vegetables with sweet and sour chicken breast

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g vegetables (Asian vegetables), frozen
  • 500 g turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 200 ml chili sauce, sweet and sour
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 180 g rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with rice

Dice the onion. Cut the meat into strips. Heat a little oil in a large pan or wok and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the meat and fry. Add the frozen vegetables and sauté over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce and bring back to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare the rice. Divide the rice among plates and serve with the meat and vegetables in the spicy sauce.
