Bell peppers with minced beef

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g minced beef
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 250 g bell pepper(s), red, yellow, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika powder (rose pepper)
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp herbs de Provence
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • Broth, powder
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables, peel the tomatoes, and cut them into eighths. Lightly brown the ground beef in a deep pan over moderate heat without any fat. Add the vegetables, garlic, and tomatoes, pour in the water, and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with the stock and spices, and finish with the cream.
