Bell peppers with minced meat and rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 2 bags of rice
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat. In the meantime, dice the bell peppers. Add the bell peppers to the minced meat and fry in the pan for 5 minutes. Deglaze everything with the passata and add a little water (depending on how much sauce you want). Then season and simmer until the bell peppers are still firm to the bite. Season to taste with cream and the spices. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions.
